AktivLearn v2.1.2

AktivLearn v2.1.2

Released in April 2018

Version 2.1.2 comes with a major product feature roll out, solution to one of the biggest painpoint to the delivery team as well as an important update to it's analytics functionality. Users can now log into Aktivlearn platform using their Google credentials. Admin can now extract the list of outlier users and send them a reminder mail in a matter of few clicks. And, finally we can now have different lock/unlock settings for multiple user groups in the same account for the same course.

1. Aktivlearn Analytics:

  • We all know that the admin can track the user activity on the platform in terms of how many have not completed a course and how many have completed a course. Now, with this new update, the admin can extract the list of these users from the dashboard for their perusal
  • Not just extracting the list of names, the admin can even draft a simple reminder mail and send it out to these individuals in one go (as shown in the demonstration below)

2. There used to be a major issue when multiple usergroups in the same account had to go through the same set of courses but with different timings. The AL platform did not have that feature to set different timings for the same course for different usergroups in the same account. This issue is now fixed

  • Admin can now set different lock/unlock timings for the same module for different user groups as given below

3. Aktivlearn users can now log into the platform using their Google account credentials provided they are enrolled to any journey. Most of the corporate companies use Google suite for their internal consumption (eg. mail, file sharing, calendar, VC, etc.). In such scenario, the users can directly log into the AL platform using their corporate google account credentials instead of maintaining a new password for Aktivlearn. This update further smoothens the user onboarding flow on the platform
