iLead v2.1 presents a brand new report at group level, first of its kind for simulations with deeper analytics and insights for the learners.

- iLead simulation now comes with a newer and comprehensive version of the reports, both at a user (individual participant) and group (set of all participants in a particular batch/session) level. Below are the salient features of these reports:
- Data driven analytics capturing various metrics from the simulation game-play
- Recommendations and insights for the learners based on their game-play that helps them comprehend what went wrong or right and improve further
- Competency level scores and analysis presenting a snapshot of the learners' performance and enabling them to comprehend the same
- Individual action based inferences that help the learner apprehend and perform better at their day-to-day activities in work-life
- Group level analytics that helps organizations understand the pulse of their employees
- Bench-marking with industry standards of various competencies is available allowing organizations to compare themselves within the industry
- Thought provoking diagnostics tightly bound to the simulation that leaves the learner to think big and strive better
Please note that these reports are currently not made available in live as it comes with a different price package based on the contract. Please reach out to simulations team for further enablement of this for any specific client.

iLead v2.0 presents an all-new look of the simulation. Existing design has been overhauled to provide the participant a better learner experience.

- We have migrated to HTML5 - it is a much faster and smoother experience now. We know our learners have trouble installing flash plugin in their browsers to use the simulation. Well, it's not an issue anymore!
- Did you know that blue is the most popular color in the world? Yes, iLead is now updated with an all new theme in blue!

- Improved on-boarding tutorial will help learners navigate the simulation faster. They can now focus more on learning than on how tos of the software.
- History of all actions is accessible directly from the dashboard without having to switch between multiple screens
- Complex actions like Hire member, Re-assign and Swap team member can now be taken very fast - as the learner takes an action, animations will help him make this simple.
- If the learner ever forgets to alter the leadership style or wants to undo the style selected by mistake for a team member(s), he can now undo this even after clicking on proceed. Learner has one more chance to change these styles now.
- Added a re-designed weekly report. This insights driven report will help learners progress in the simulation better.
- Learners can now know more about all the events that happen at the end of every week through the re-designed news bulletin. Not just that, we improved the surprise events that conditionally appear during the game-play!
- Tired of switching between tabs to analyze your performance across the sales funnel? It's much easier now, all the comparisons can be done with no switches, just the stats!

- We noticed a weird issue of the page dialogue content getting overflown in some of the lesser resolutions. That's not an issue anymore
- Do you think you are left out because you are using IE? Or better Safari? Well, we do not want anyone to be left out. Major issues with these browsers have been resolved
- Some of our learners experienced compatibility issues due to their resolutions. We extended the simulation support to a broader range of resolutions
