• BYB simulation now comes with a newer and comprehensive version of the reports, both at a user (individual participant) and group (set of all participants in a particular batch/session) level. Below are the salient features of these reports:
  • Data driven analytics capturing various metrics from the simulation game-play
  • Recommendations and insights for the learners based on their game-play that helps them comprehend what went wrong or right and improve further
  • Competency level scores and analysis presenting a snapshot of the learners' performance and enabling them to comprehend the same
  • Individual action based inferences that help the learner apprehend and perform better at their day-to-day activities in work-life
  • Thought provoking diagnostics tightly bound to the simulation that leaves the learner to think big and strive better
  • Bench-marking with industry standards of various competencies is available allowing organizations to compare themselves within the industry

A quick preview of the report:

• We have come up with an FAQ document comprising of an exhaustive list of FAQs, which can be used as a reference by facilitators, support team, etc. Product version FAQ can be accessed here and services version here.

• We have migrated to HTML5 - it is a much faster and smoother experience now. We know our learners have trouble installing flash plugin in their browsers to use the simulation. Well, it's not an issue anymore!
• New language addition: xin chào! BYB is now available in Vietnamese as well (Currently for Puncto story-line)
• An all-new variant of BYB has been launched. Introduction of hierarchical structure of employees in this variant will help learners connect to the real-world scenario better

• Reports. Most wanted feature of BYB is now live. It can be downloaded or emailed right after completing the simulation.

• Creating new licenses is very easy now. Administrator has the ability to configure all the critical parameters including timer, story-line, rounds, and language.

• Creating new storylines, language variants etc., is very fast now because of complete architecture re-design of the simulation. This has reduced the time of creating a new stroyline in BYB by almost 80%.

• We believe that first impression always counts. Learners can now see the simulation introduction pages with improvised design and animations.

• For better engagement among users in a multi-player version, we migrated to a much more reliable technology - Firebase. Round completion status for learners in a multi-player environment is more accurate now.
• Better visuals boost retention, isn't it? Presenting you a re-designed simulation with enhanced experience

• Decision Analysis page is now loaded with a lot of relevant information that enables learners to analyze the situation at hand better.

• An honest bug in inventory cost calculation has been identified and rectified ;)
• Some of the text boxes were not as responsive as we wanted to be in IE and Safari browsers. Fortunately, they are now!
• Surprisingly, one of the best graph libraries we used to display various analysis of our learners' performance misbehaved in some browsers and resolutions. They are now made compatible with most of them
